Indian Masala Omelette Recipe low glycemic index breakfast



Indian Masala Omelette Recipe:


Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:

In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onion, tomato, and bell pepper to the pan and cook until soft.
Stir in turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the vegetables.
Cook until the bottom is set, then fold the omelette in half.
Cook for another minute, then serve hot with fresh coriander.
