Mangaloreen Snapper Fish curry
Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized snapper fillets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons ground garam masala
- 2 teaspoon byadgi chili powder
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
- Add the all spice powdes and cook for another minute.
- Add the vinegar and bring to a simmer.
- Add the snapper fillets and cover the pan.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve with steamed rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
